Violet Grohl Teases 'Be Sweet To Me' With New Single Cool Buzz

Violet Grohl has shared another track from her upcoming debut album.
Built on driving guitars, Cool Buzz channels late '80s and early '90s alt-rock while "poking fun at moral inconsistencies in punk guys who preach progressive politics, but then in their own musical spaces won't let women have a chance,” Grohl explained. Its accompanying video will drop this Friday (May 1).
Following her earlier tracks, 595, THUM and Applefish, the song offers a further glimpse into 'Be Sweet To Me', due out on May 29 via Auroura Records/Republic Records/Island EMI Label Group.
The American singer-songwriter will make her UK live debut at Reading and Leeds in August, following her newly announced first US headline tour this summer. Head here for details. Tickets are on sale now.
