Brian Fallon has announced a world tour for later this year.
Accompanied by his solo band The Painkillers, The Gaslight Anthem frontman will take his Not Bad For New Jersey Tour across North America, Europe, the UK and Ireland.
The trek will kick off with the North American leg, beginning on September 10 at Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg and wrapping up on October 13 at Philadelphia's World Cafe Live Music Hall. The run also includes an appearance at Chicago's Riot Fest on September 19.
He'll then travel to Europe for shows running from November 2 to 15, calling in Cologne, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Antwerp and Amsterdam, followed by UK and Ireland dates at London's O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire, Manchester's Albert Hall, Dublin's Olympia Theatre and Glasgow's Queen Margaret Union at the University of Glasgow.
Support on select dates of the North American run will come from Dave Hause, Donovan Woods, Ben Nichols and Tim Barry, while Chris Farren will appear at the European and UK shows. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time next Friday (June 26).
The tour takes its name from Fallon's first original solo album in over five years, 'Not Bad For New Jersey', which he announced last week, confirming its digital release on September 10 via his own Lesser Known Records, with a physical release to follow the next day.
Produced by longtime collaborator Butch Walker, it'll include Fallon's new single Pearls, as well as his earlier releases Better Before and the title track, along with collaborations with several special guests, including Brandon Flowers from The Killers, Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen, guitarist Marc Ribot and country singer Lori McKenna.
Fallon released his last proper studio album, 'Local Honey', in 2020, followed in 2021 by 'Night Divine', a collection of hymns recorded at home during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The Gaslight Anthem, meanwhile, returned from their hiatus in 2023 with 'History Books', their sixth album and first in nine years.
