Joe Louis Walker is an American blues singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer from San Francisco.
He signed to High Tone in and released his debut album, ‘Cold Is The Night’ in 1986, followed by a further four albums, including ‘Blue Soul’ in 1989, before signing to Polydor in 1993. He released ‘Blues Survivor’ in 1993, followed by ‘JLW’ in 1994, ‘Blues of the Month Club’ in 1995, ‘Great Guitars’ in 1997 and ‘Preacher and the President’ in 1998. He has released 23 albums over the course of his career, the latest being ‘Everybody Wants A Piece’ in 2015 via 2015. Joe Louis Walker has announced summer UK shows.
