Founded in 1991 initially as a touring festival (by none other than Jane's Addiction frontman Perry Farrell), the event first branched out to Argentina in 2014, and has since hosted performances from the likes of Miley Cyrus, The 1975, Metallica, Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Pharrell Williams, Calvin Harris, Eminem, The Weeknd, Florence & The Machine, Halsey, Anderson .Paak, Royal Blood, Post Malone, Kendrick Lamar, Foo Fighters, Jack Harlow and many more. Lollapalooza will return to Buenos Aires' Hipodromo De San Isidro in March 2026, with headliners Sabrina Carpenter, Tyler the Creator, Chappell Roan, Deftones, Skrillex, Lorde, Doechii, Turnstile and Lewis Capaldi, plus many more.
