Möngöl Hörde is an English hardcore punk and post-hardcore outfit hailing from London. Formed in 2012 by singer-songwriter Frank Turner and drummer Ben Dawson - both former members of Million Dead - it also consists of Matt Nasir on guitar.
Since their formation in 2012, they released three singles - Casual Threats From Weekend Hardmen, How The Communists Ruined Christmas, and Tapeworm Uprising - before the release of their debut, self titled album. The band made their live debuts at free shows in London and Leeds in the two days before the band played on the Lock Up Stage at Reading and Leeds Festival. Having been quiet for a while now, Mongol Horde have announced a cluster of UK dates for January 2018, where the trio will hit Glasgow's King Tuts, Manchester Academy, Birmingham's O2 Institute and the Scala in London between January 25 and 28.
