Northampton Saints is a professional rugby union club based in Northampton, England. They formed in 1880 as Northampton St. James, which led to their nickname Saints.

They compete in Premiership Rugby, England's top division of rugby, and play thei home games at Franklin's Gardens, which is currently known for sponsorship purposes as cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens. Their main rivals are Leicester Tigers, whom they face in the East Midlands Derby.

The men in Black, Green and Gold have won six major titles, including the European Challenge Cup, the EDF Energy Trophy, and the Premiership Rugby Cup.
