Railbird Music Festival is an annual two-day outdoor music festival held at The Infield at Red Mile, a harness racetrack, in Lexington, Kentucky.
In addition to the musical performances, festival goers are also able to partake in some bluegrass traditions, including bourbon tasting, local eats and even off-track betting. Since the inaugural event in 2019, Railbird Festival has hosted performances from Dave Matthews Band, My Morning Jacket, along with Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, Leon Bridges, Billy Strings, Black Pumas, Khruangbin, Midland, The Revivalists, Band of Horses, Margo Price, Tyler Childers, Zach Bryan, Weezer, Morgan Wade, Sheryl Crow and more. Railbird Festival will return in June 2024 with Kentucky native Chris Stapleton and singer-songwriter Noah Kahan set to headline.
