Spiritualized are an English space-rock band formed in 1990 rising out of the ashes of Spacemen3.
Their notable live shows can feature anything from a small brass section to a full-scale Orchestra backing up their music. This, plus a stunning light show, makes for a sensational live music experience. Their debut album hit shelves in 1992, 'Lazer Guided Melodies', and was followed by six more until 2012's 'Sweet Heart Sweet Light'. In 2018, Spiritualized unveiled their long-awaited return! A brand new album, 'And Nothing Hurt', arrived in September through Bella Union supported by live shows. Spiritualized will play an acoustic set at the Hackney Empire in September 2019 as part of Somewhere Festival, surrounded by 1001 candles.
