Mattel has competed in both RuPaul's Drag Race and RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, the latter of which she won in season 3. Mattel has also co-hosted the web series UNHhhh and The Trixie & Katya Show with fellow Drag Race star Katya Zamolodchikova. Her first studio album, the folk and country effort 'Two Birds', was released in 2017, followed by 'One Stone' in 2018, 'Barbara' in 2020, and 'The Blonde & Pink Albums' in 2022.
