Bad Religion are an American punk rock band from San Fernando Valley, California, consisting of frontman and only consistent member Greg Graffin, alongside Brett Gurewitz, Jay Bentley, Brian Baker, Jamie Miller and Mike Dimkich.

Formed in 1979, the band have released 16 albums across their career, including their debut album, ‘How Could Hell Be Any Worse?’, in 1982 and their latest, ‘True North’, in 2013. When grunge broke through into the mainstream the band signed to Atlantic Records, and achieved success with songs like American Jesus and Struck a Nerve.
