Black Deer Festival is a music and culture festival that celebrates all things Americana, country, blues and roots.
Set in the stunning surroundings of Britain's oldest deer park, Eridge Park, (located on the Kent/East Sussex border) the festival was established in 2018 and has seen performances from some of the biggest acts in Americana, including Band of Horses, Nathaniel Rateliff, James, Iron & Wine, Passenger, Bonnie Raitt, William The Conqueror, The Slim Pickins, The Waterboys and many more. The festival weekend is also jam-packed with other entertainment activities that embody the culture of Americana, such as barbecues, motorbike and truck customisation, and smokehouse cooking demonstrations. Black Deer Festival will return in June 2024, with Sheryl Crow, Rufus Wainwright and Joe Bonamassa confirmed to headline.
