Chris Rea is an English blues and pop-rock singer-songwriter and musician from Middlesbrough. He is best known for tracks such as Fool (If You Think It's Over), On the Beach, Let's Dance, Josephine, Stainsby Girls, I Can Hear Your Heartbeat, Working On It, and Road to Hell.
Starting his music career in 1978, he released his debut album, ‘Whatever Happened to Benny Santini?’, in 1978. His tenth album, ‘The Road To Hell’, released in 1989, reached #1 in the UK Albums Chart, as did his next record, 'Auberge', in 1991.
He has headlined his own shows and tours across the world. His Dancing With Strangers tour in 1987 saw him selling out stadium-sized venues across the world.

A fantastic show boy can that man play the blues, seen Chris at Edinburgh Playhouse back in 1987 on Dancing With Strangers tour with a friend, went along with my husband this time both loved the show simply amazing, thank you. Anyone who has been through ill health cannot fail to admire what this guy does, defies gravity. Go and see his show, a brilliant night out and entertaining.
