The Decemberists’ Colin Meloy and Jim James of My Morning Jacket are among a number of guest artists to appear on ‘Tumble Bee’, the new album from American folk singer Laura Veirs. ‘Tumble Bee’ – Veirs’s eighth album to date – is a collection of folk songs for children, featuring some traditional 20th century music as well as tracks by the likes of Jimmie Rodgers, Woody Guthrie, Peggy Seeger and Harry Belafonte. The album is due for release on 7th November.
