Man Raze and The Damned’s David Vanian have provided music for the new Superbike documentary film ‘I, Superbiker’. Man Raze, the rock supergroup featuring Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen and former Sex Pistols drummer Paul Cook, recorded the film’s title track, which can be heard on the below video. Man Raze released their debut album ‘Surreal’ in 2008. They later supported Alice Cooper during his 2009 Theatre of Death Tour.
‘I, Superbiker’ follows the lives and exploits of four champion riders as they compete in the British Superbike Championship. The film is due for release on 10th March and was scored by the Damned’s vocalist David Vanian. ‘I, Superbiker’ is the second film that Vanian has composed the score for, following 2009’s ‘The Perfect Sleep’ starring Roselyn Sanchez.
The film is directed by Mark Sloper, who previously worked as a producer on the 1998 thriller ‘The Final Cut’ starring Jude Law, Ray Winstone, Johnny Lee Miller and Sadie Frost.
