Chase & Status Launch Remix Competition

Chase & Status return with the release of their new single ‘Time’ featuring rising star Delilah on the 2nd May, out through Mercury Records. ‘Time’ follows the release of Top 5 single ‘Blind Faith’ feat. Liam Bailey, and their second album 'No More Idols', which hit the shops on Jan 31st and has been storming the charts ever since. It debuted at #2, behind Adele, and is still flying high in the top 15 of the Official UK Charts.
To coincide with the release of ‘Time’ ft Delilah, Chase & Status have teamed up with UKF and Drum & Bass Arena to give fans and enthusiasts the opportunity to try their hand at remixing a Chase & Status single. The best remix, as chosen by Will & Saul, will be included on the iTunes release of the single, as well as winning £500, a Pro Soundcloud account, T-shirts, signed CDs and VIP Chase & Status gig tickets. The stems are available to download from www.chaseandstatus.co.uk here you can also find further details of the competition and prizes. Be warned though, it’ll be a tough contest – the initial demand for the download was so high that it crashed the Universal servers!
Chase & Status have also just announced their autumn tour, their 5th live tour in 2 years, which kicks off in Birmingham on 6th October and includes a huge show at London’s Brixton Academy. This tour follows their sold out 'No More Idols’ tour this month which sees them play a landmark SOLD OUT show at the London Roundhouse on March 11th. The duo Saul Milton (Chase) and Will Kennard (Status) have built up a huge live following and their show is certainly one not to be missed so grab your tickets while you can!
‘No More Idols’ features collaborations with rising stars such as Maverick Sabre, Tempa T and Claire Maguire as well as heavy hitters Cee-Lo, Tinie Tempah, Dizzee Rascal and White Lies to name but a few. The single 'Time' follows 3 top 10 singles, as well as the free download Hypest Hype, all of which have been A-List at Radio 1.
