Lady Gaga Earns Sixth Week On Top Of US Singles Chart

Lady Gaga has kept the likes of Katy Perry and Rihanna at bay to earn her sixth week on top of US singles chart. Despite a relative sales let-down on this side of the Atlantic, the singer is once again enjoying success at Number One with ‘Born This Way’ this week.
Gaga managed to hold off competition from a resurgent Katy Perry, who went from Number Three to Two with her latest single ‘E.T.’ (featuring Kanye West). Also in the running were Rihanna with ‘S&M’ and Cee Lo Green, who earned the Number Four spot with ‘F**K You’.
New entries came from Selena Gomez, who earned Number 24 with ‘Who Says’ and (scarily) Rebecca Black, who debuted at Number 72 with her auto-tuned catastrophe ‘Friday’.
The US Top 5 singles this week are:
1. (1) Lady GaGa: 'Born This Way'
2. (3) Katy Perry ft. Kanye West: 'E.T.'
3. (4) Rihanna: 'S&M'
4. (2) Cee Lo Green: 'F**k You!'
5. (22) Pink: 'F**kin' Perfect'
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that tracklisting and album art posted online yesterday for Gaga’s upcoming release ‘Born This Way’ was in fact a fake. The pictures, which were posted on a newly-formed tumlr.com profile were taken by many to be Gaga’s own doing. However, the album was proved to be a fake hours later as the uploader posted details about his creation on the blog.
