Duran Duran Postpone Upcoming Shows in Birmingham, Nottingham & Liverpool

Duran Duran have postponed their next three UK shows - Birmingham, Nottingham and Liverpool - as singer Simon Le Bon Waits for his laryngitis to improve.
A message issued by the band reads as follows:
"Following today's specialist appointment, singer Simon Le Bon has been advised that he needs to continue to rest his voice for the next few days, as his laryngitis improves. This means that the band have been forced to postpone their next three shows originally scheduled for Birmingham at the LG Arena on Saturday 21 May, Nottingham at the Capital FM Arena on Sunday 22 May, and Liverpool at the Echo Arena on Monday 23 May."
"The band members are hugely disappointed to have had to postpone these next three shows - which would have marked the start of their 'ALL YOU NEED IS NOW World Tour' - but hope that Simon will be fully recovered within the next few days, and able to continue with the rest of the UK arena dates as planned."
The news follows the cancellation of the first two nights earlier this week in Newcastle and Glasgow.
Duran Duran will now being their 'All You Need Is Now' World Tour in Berlin on Thursday May 26th, returning to the UK at the O2 Arena in London next Saturday on May 28th, Details on the rescheduling of the five postponed dates will be confirmed in due course, and tickets for the original shows will remain valid.

Mon May 30th 2011 - The Brighton Centre, Brighton
Tue May 31st 2011 - Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth
Wed June 1st 2011 - Motorpoint Arena Cardiff, Cardiff
Fri June 3rd 2011 - MEN Arena Manchester, Manchester
Sat June 4th 2011 - Motorpoint Arena Sheffield, Sheffield
Thu July 14th 2011 - O2 Dublin, Dublin
