Lady Strangelove Currently Recording Debut Album

Crafting an adventurous concoction of psychedelic music which runs the gamut of psych rock to sonic electronica, Lady Strangelove are currently recording, by invitation, their debut album with Sylvia Massy who has previously worked with the likes of Tool, Johnny Cash, Prince, Red Hot Chili Peppers, A System of a Down, across the Atlantic in Weed, California.

Since forming in Adelaide, South Australia in 2006, Lady Strangelove have shared the stage with some big names including The Black Keys, Wolfmother, Trans Am, Cody Chesnutt, Helmet, Pivot, Tame Impala, Temper Trap, Wolf and Cub, Midnight Juggernauts and The Drones.

In March 2009 they were handpicked by Black Mountain as the main support for their Australian tour. Lady Strangelove has also played major festivals such as the Meredith Music Festival, Big Day Out and St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival.

Their energetic live show that incorporates wall-melting lights & projected visuals, make for a colourful cinematic experience of sound and moving images.
