Wretch 32 Lost Hundreds of Lyrics in Bath Disaster

London-based hip-hop and grime star Wretch 32 lost dozens of his bars and rhymes in an underwater disaster – after he dropped his phone into the bath, rendering it useless.
The 26 year-old had all of his lyrics typed up and written on his phone, but has now lost nearly all of the raps as his electronic phone was destroyed by the water in the bath, meaning the star would have to remember as much as he could – and it looks like his memory isn’t particularly strong.
“I can’t find them in my head again,” said the ‘Don’t Go’ singer. “I’ve been trying and trying. I nearly had a breakdown, man, I was devastated.
“That's the beauty of technology, I can write wherever I am and there was all sorts on that phone. I know now to back up my phone regularly.”
