Crazed American Tries To Propose To Kate Bush In House Break-In

English singer-songwriter Kate Bush was left shocked and shaken after her was broken into recently, though she didn’t suffer any injuries and had none of her possessions stolen – because the intruder came simply to propose to the star.
American Frank Tufaro, who had travelled to the UK specifically to get down on one knee in front of Bush, arrived at the front door of the singers home with a £3,000 ring made of Sapphire, Diamond and Gold – but was left flat when there was no answer to the door.
But, he hadn’t travelled 3,000 miles and spent £3,000 on a ring for a door to stand in his way, so, despite being spotted by neighbours, he decided to smash his way into the house via a window. As Bush wasn’t home, what went on in the house in her absence will have to be left to imagination.
The deranged fan managed to find her house’s location using satellite coordinates he found online, and confessed: “I feel so connected to her. I feel so much love for her and I want to protect her.” That wasn’t before he came up with a rather crappy excuse to tell the FBI after he was deported back to New York.
He told detectives: “It was freezing cold, it was dark and I felt like I had nowhere to go. I didn't have a clue where I was and I was convinced I was going to die there; it was so bitter and cold. I've never broken the law in my life and decided to break a window pane and let myself in so I wouldn't freeze to death.”
He apparently became infatuated with her after seeing in her in an advert in his teens – with his obsession culminating in this bizarre attempt to declare his love for Bush.
