Following Pulp's hugely successful 2011 return, fans have been left wondering whether or not the band will hit the live stage again sometime soon.
Following the announcement that the band are to play at this year's Coachella festival, it looks like the band are gearing up for a busy 2012 after unveiling a handful of US dates as well as a Spanish festival appearance. There is also a cryptic message waiting for fans who visit the band's official website www.pulppeople.com.
The message greets visitors to www.pulppeople.com immediately and reads: "You think you get off that lightly? You think this is over? There are so many questions left unanswered: Can this feeling travel across the Atlantic? Can we make the desert bloom? Can we conquer our phobias? And ' most fundamentally: Why me? Why you? Why here? Why now? 2012: The year we get some answers?"
In addition to the website message the band posted on their Twitter page, for the first time since September, a message saying: 'Do you think this is over?''. This accompanied by frontman Jarvis Cocker's sign-off to crowds at their 2011 shows, “'See you again, in about fifteen years probably”, makes us think Pulp could be preparing to announce some big news very soon.
