New Order Tickets for their Spring UK tour went onsale this morning. Following frenzied sales, the iconic band have confirmed a second hometown show at Manchester's O2 Apollo for 27th April.
New Order, now consisting of Bernard Sumner, Stephen Morris, Gilbert, Phil Cunningham and Bad Lieutenant bassist Tom Chapman, have hinted that they could be working new material later on this year.
Not even thinking about [writing and recording] at the moment because our heads are really on playing live, Sumner told XFM. It really is one day at a time or one year at a time and this year is playing live. Let's see [about working on new material]. Hopefully there'll be some recorded music as well.
New Order have lined-up a UK tour and will be performing in Manchester, Birmingham, Brixton, and Glasgow this April and May.
New Order 2012 UK Tour Dates are as follows:
Apr 26th Manchester O2 Apollo
Apr 27th - Manchester O2 Apollo - NEW DATE
Apr 29th - Birmingham Ballroom
