Tenacious D Announce London Brixton Academy Live Shows

As announced last month on Tenacious D’s Official Website, their anticipated new album 'Rize of the Fenix' will be released on 14th May. Tenacious D, the duo that is Jack Black and Kyle Gass, have today confirmed they will return to the UK prior to their Download Festival appearance on 9th June, to perform at London's O2 Academy Brixton on Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th June.
Tenacious D will feature on the stellar line-up of this year's UK Download Festival. They have been confirmed to play on the Main Stage on Saturday 9th June, supporting Scottish sub-headliners Biffy Clyro and headliners Metallica. Click Here to Compare & Buy Download Festival Tickets.
'Rize of the Fenix', the band’s first studio album in over six years is the third album from the group and is the follow-up to 2006’s 'The Pick of Destiny' and 2001’s critically acclaimed platinum debut album 'Tenacious D'.
