Feeder Forced To Cancel T In The Park Performance Due To Illness

Feeder have had to cancel their performance at this weekend's T In The Park Festival as vocalist Grant Nicholas has been diagnosed with laryngitis.

The band confirmed the news earlier today via a statement on their official Facebook page: "It is with great regret that Feeder have had to cancel their show at T In The Park due to illness."

“I’m absolutely gutted to have to pull out of these shows and my sincere apologies go out to all our fans attending”, says Feeder vocalist Grant Nicholas. “I have an infection and my doctor has diagnosed me with laryngitis, so performing this weekend is not an option. If I did, I’d badly damage my voice. We’ll miss the ever-brilliant Scottish crowd, especially as they’re so up for it, but we’re now looking forward to coming back to Glasgow for the Generation Freakshow tour in November.”

Feeder will released their new single 'Idaho' on August 27th via Big Teeth Music. Combining big, crunchy 90s riffage with a gigantic, uplifting chorus, ‘Idaho’ has genuine potential to rival and even eclipse Feeder’s biggest hit. The track has already become an anthem for fans, prompting mass sing-alongs at their many sold-out huge venue gigs and rapturous festival shows.
