Kodaline Announce February 2013 UK Tour & Tickets

Dublin-based newcomers Kodaline have announced a handful of UK dates following the recent release of their eponymous debut EP, and their pair of November gigs.
The February 2013 tour will see the band performing some of the biggest gigs of their career, and also includes a gig at the NME Awards show on Valentine’s Day (February 14th). With gigs lined-up in York, Edinburgh, Coventry, Brighton, Cambridge, Oxford, and London, you’ll have plenty of chances to catch the band - tickets go on sale this Friday (December 7th) at 9am.
The band, who are currently working on new material that will form a brand new soon-come EP, formed after childhood friends Stephen Garrigan and Mark Prendergast decided to recruit Vinny May Jr and Jason Boland to start a brand new band. First appearing on Irish X Factor-style program ‘You’re a Star’, the band went onto make history as the first unsigned band to hit #1 in the Irish Singles chart.
After releasing their debut EP last month, the band are now looking towards the future, and are organising gigs and writing material to pave the way for their bright-looking future in music. If you’re a fan of indie and alternative, keep your eyes fixed on Kodaline - they’re sure to be a big name in the near future.
