During the past three weeks, 65daysofstatic have let loose several teasers (No One Knows What Is Happening, Wild Light and a third trailer) revealing details on their forthcoming new album. It has now been confirmed that the album will be titled ‘Wild Light’ and is going to be released on September 16.
 The band announced the album artwork via a message on their official website:
"Sooner or later, too much coffee becomes just enough coffee and we’ve had just enough coffee to reveal the Wild Light artwork.
"Designed by Caspar Newbolt of Version Industries in NEW YORK CITY, baby. Can you imagine what it must be like living in New York City? We try sometimes, as we trudge along the railway tracks and past the old canal to rehearsal DIRTY OLD TOWN! DIRTY OLD TOWN…
"What does it look like to you? The shapes that sound makes? The great inevitable on its way up to greet us? The atomisation of your greatest fear? Blown speakers and post-modern dream hinterlands?"
The band still has some festival appearances scheduled for this summer, as well as the already announced UK and European tour dates where Australian band Sleep-Makes-Waves have been announced as support.
