Jack White Working On New Music With The Dead Weather

Jack White is back in the studio working on new music for one of his many projects, The Dead Weather.
Somewhat of a supergroup (the band consists of The Kills’ Alison Mosshart, Queens of the Stone Age’s Dean Fertita and The Raconteurs’ Jack Lawrence), they last released an LP with 2010’s critically-acclaimed ‘Sea of Cowards’. Now it looks as though a new record may soon be on the cards.
The band, who are signed to White’s own Third Man Records label, broke the news that they were back in the studio with a post on their official Twitter page earlier today.

White is constantly either working on stage or in the studio and now that members of both The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather are living in his new hometown of Nashville, he’s managing to fit in even more time for music. Speaking earlier this year, White said:
“We all live in Nashville now. All The Raconteurs and all The Dead Weather live in Nashville now, so we often go on trips together, because we're all just good pals. We've recorded some things, too. And Brendan (Benson) and The Raconteurs just built a new studio right in town, so it's a lot of great inspiration going around.”
