Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has performed brand new single Half of Me live on Australian TV.
The pop singer hasn’t released any new solo material since 2005's album ‘Passion’, but later this month her comeback single Half of Me arrives, and Halliwell has already performed it live on stage and television to give fans a taste of what’s to come.
The star gave the track its debut performance on Australia’s Footy Show, and videos of it are racking up the views on YouTube. There are lot of positive comments flying out too - one user wrote: ‘Flawless. So good to have Geri back’. You can check it out below.
As well as performing Half of Me - which is out on October 25 - Geri Halliwell revealed some of the details behind her up and coming fourth record.
“I'm writing a new album and we've been doing stripped down, acoustic sets - I'm progressing to new sounds. Music for three minutes is like an antidepressant - it can lift you up, take you there, transport you to that first kiss, make love to it. Writing music should be joyful - I'm writing about love and filth.”
