Sheffield rockers Arctic Monkeys invited none other than Josh Homme to the stage during a gig in Los Angeles this week.
The Queens of the Stone Age frontman arrived during the final song of the band’s set to provide guest vocals for Knee Socks, a track which Homme originally contributed to when they recorded it earlier this year for their latest and fifth studio ‘AM’.
The appearance - which took place at The Wiltern in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday - was recorded and can be seen on YouTube below. It’s already racking up the views, and is attracting comments from some extremely happy fans too!
One user wrote:
“Thank you for posting this!!! I think I even heard myself shrieking.”
Another admitted:
“I fangirled, and I'm not even ashamed.”
Although you can check it out via YouTube, seeing it live would have been an amazing experience and fans this side of the pond will be hoping that Homme shows up at one of Arctic Monkeys’ UK tour dates later this month.
