Corinne Bailey Rae has shared her new song, Green Aphrodisiac.
The track will feature on her new album, 'The Heart Speaks In Whispers', which is set to arrive on May 13 via Good Groove/Virgin EMI. Discussing it, she said:
"This song is inspired by intoxicating spring days lying in the grass in the afternoon, blossom and sunlight. The same thing that grows in the garden flows in me in you. Hope you get lost in it!"
Following the release of the record Corinne will join Lionel Richie as his special guest on the All The Hits UK tour between June 14 and July 7. Prior to this she will also play a headline show at the Tabernacle in London on April 7, perform at Live At Leeds on April 30, Cheltenham Jazz Festival on May 1 and Cornbury Festival in Oxfordshire on June 9.
