The Orwells have released a video for their latest single, Black Francis.
The track, which is a tribute to the Pixies' frontman, comes from their third album, ‘Terrible Human Beings’, which is due out February 17 via Canvasback Music and Atlantic Records.
Guitarist Matt O’Keefe says of the song's inspiration;
"[It] felt long overdue that we paid him [Frank Black aka Black Francis] some direct respect. We've been ripping him off for years, hopefully this chips away at the massive debt we've got to him."
The band will support the new record with a spring UK tour, which includes a show at London's Scala. Tickets are on sale now.
