Erykah Badu, Thundercat And Fever Ray Among Acts Confirmed For Field Day

Erykah Badu will headline the Friday night of Field Day. It will be her only UK performance of the year.

Joining her on the festival's first day will be Aaron L (Stamp The wax), Beauty & the Beat, Brilliant Corners, Brownswood DJ's, Children of Zeus, Church Of Sound, the Comet is Coming, Donna Leake, Ezra Collective, Ghost Notes, Gilles Peterson, Hailu Mergia, Jazz Re:Freshed, Jordan Rakei, Jeff Mills and Tony Allen, Lee Fields & the Expressions, Loyle Carner, Madlib, Mafalda, Mammal Hands, Masego, Matthew Halsall DJ Set (Gondwana Records), Moses Boyd, Mr Jukes, NAO, Noble & Heath, Nubya Garcia, Obongjayar, Sons of Kemet, Sudan Archives, Total Refreshment Centre, Worldwide FM, Yazmin Lacey and Zara Macfarlane.

The line up for the Saturday, meanwhile, will feature Charlotte Gainsbourg, Ear Sweatshirt, Fever Ray (UK Festival Exclusive), Four Tet, Nils Frahm, Panda Bear, Thundercat, Princess Nokia, AJ Tracey, Avalon Emerson, Barely Legal DJ, Cornelius (UK festival exclusive), DJ Boring DJ Seinfeld, Daniel Avery, Daphni, Floating Points (solo live), Gilles Peterson, HAAi, Helena Hauff, James Holden and the Animal Spirits, Jayda G, KURUPT FM, Lemmy Ashton, Moscoman, Mount Kimbie, Oumou Sangaré, Ross From Friends, SASSY 009, Tzusing, Willow and ZHU.

This year Field Day will relocate from East London’s Victoria Park to South London’s Brockwell Park and will expand to a two day event, taking place on June 1 and 2. Tickets are on sale now, priced at £39.50 per day or £69 for the weekend plus fees.
