Cat Scream is the second track to emerge from the reactivated post-hardcore band in recent months, following up Graveyard Luck.
Sparta's lineup currently consists of Jim Ward, Matt Miller, Gabriel Gonzalez and Cully Symington. They have US dates in the diary.
