Neil Young and Crazy Horse will return to the stage after a four-year absence for two shows in Fresno, California next week.
The band will perform at the Warnors Theatre on May 1 and 2 with E Street Band guitarist Nils Lofgren taking the place of original Crazy Horse guitarist Frank "Poncho" Sampedro, who is currently unable to perform for the first time since he joined the band in 1975. No reason has been given for Poncho's absence from the Fresno shows.
Following the Crazy Horse shows, Young has three festival dates lined up with Promise of the Real.
