Tancred Shares Gay Riverdale-Inspired Video For Something Else

Tancred has shared a video for Something Else.
The track is lifted from Jess Abbott’s latest LP, 'Nightstand', which came out in June. The "gay Riverdale-inspired” video, meanwhile, was directed by Jason Lester and stars the band Potty Mouth and 'America’s Lesbian Sweetheart', comedian and actor Brittany Ashley. Lester said:
“Jess and I wanted to pay tribute to the stylized, teen dream melodramas we love, from Riverdale to Twin Peaks. The giddy feeling of attraction represented by TV's archetypes of youth, cotton candy colors, and often repressed sexuality felt perfectly in sync with Tancred's swooning track."
Abbott also commented:
“Brittany and I had wanted to work on a video together for awhile, and Potty Mouth basically is Josie and the Pussycats, so it all came together just right.”
