The Coronas will play two shows in Dublin this Christmas.
Fresh from their performance at Electric Picnic last weekend, the quartet will play the Olympia in their hometown on December 3 and 4, with tickets for the shows on general sale at 9am on September 7.
The concerts will also serve as a celebration marking a decade of gigs at the iconic venue. Talking about the announcement, vocalist Danny O'Reilly said:
"We’re so excited to be coming back this year to the Olympia. It’s hard to believe we’ve been playing this venue for 10 years. We’re heading off on tour next week all around America, Canada and then Australia but knowing that we’re coming home at Christmas with these gigs to look forward to is an amazing feeling. We’re gonna plan something special for the gigs to thank our fans for continuing to come back and spend these deadly nights with us."
Earlier this summer, the band shared Not Sure How To Lie, their first new material since the release of last year's 'Trust The Wire' LP. They also previously shared details of a return to the INEC Killarney over the festive season.
The Coronas Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
Mon December 03 2018 - DUBLIN Olympia Theatre
Tue December 04 2018 - DUBLIN Olympia Theatre
Sat December 29 2018 - KILLARNEY INEC Gleneagle Hotel
