Ty Segall To Release Solo Covers Album 'Fudge Sandwich'

Ty Segall will release a solo covers album, 'Fudge Sandwich', on October 26 through In The Red Records.
The collection will contain Segall's takes on 11 songs originally recorded by John Lennon, Funkadelic, the Dils, Neil Young, Gong, Amon Düül, Rudimentary Peni, the Grateful Dead, Sparks and more. Head below to listen to his cover of Spencer Davis Group's 1967 song, I'm a Man.
In July, Segall released 'Joy', a collaborative record with White Fence. More recently his put out 'Pre Strike Sweep', an LP with his band GØGGS which comprises Segall on guitar, Fuzz bandmate Charles Moothart on drums and guitar, and Ex Cult’s Chris Shaw on vocals. Segall’s last solo record, 'Freedom's Goblin', arrived in January.
