The Big Moon, Villagers, Self Esteem And More Join Green Man Line Up

Green Man have unveiled the third wave of acts playing this year’s festival.

New to the bill are the Big Moon (pictured), Villagers, These New Puritans, Lamb, Aidan Moffat and RM Hubbert, Snapped Ankles, Chelou, Self Esteem, Johanna Samuels, Brigid Mae Power, I.R.O.K, Meggie Brown, Eitha Da, Jerry, Peaness, PVA, Rosehip Teahouse, Wych Elm, Callum Easter, Greg Wilson, Squirrel Flower, Say Sue Me, Pet Shimmers, Dutty Disco, Broken Brass Ensemble, The Mauskovic Dance Band, Urban Folk Quartet, Sheelanagig, Old School Funky Family, Onipa, The Allergies, Blow 3.0, Amy True, Stompy's Playground, Hejira, Fitty Gomash, Boogaloo String Band, The Breathe, Malavita, Snazzback, Lydian Collective, Tetês de Pois, Fieh, Kadija Kamara, Muntu Valdo, Emily Cappell, Anna Mcluckie, Binbag Wisdom, True Strays, Beth Prior Collective, Psychadelephant, Simon Lynge, Dan Webster and Joe Fleming Band.

They join previously announced headliners Four Tet and Father John Misty, while also set to appear are Idles, Sharon Van Etten, Broken Social Scene, Stereolab, Amadou & Mariam, Maribou State, Khruangbin, and Car Seat Headrest.

The festival will return to the picturesque Glanusk Estate in the Brecon Beacons this summer to house sets from some of the biggest names in alternative music, whether it be indie, psychedelic rock, dance, folk, reggae, or Americana. It also hosts a whole other range of entertainment, including comedy, literature, theatre, and film.

What? Green Man is the biggest festival in Wales, welcoming 20,000 people each year and hosting an eclectic musical line up, as well as a wide variety of other entertainment with the idyllic backdrop of the Black Mountains.

When? August 15 - 18.
