Monday, 17 June 2019 Written by Laura Johnson

Taylor Swift has released the video for You Need To Calm Down.

It's jam-packed full of fellow celebrities, including appearances by Katy Perry, RuPaul, Laverne Cox, Billy Porter, the fab five from Netflix's Queer Eye show, Ciara, Ryan Renolds, Adam Lambert and Ellen DeGeneres, plus more. Introducing it, Swift said:

"OKAY SO the YNTCD video is officially out!! First things first, I want to say that my co-stars in this video are AMAZING. Please celebrate this video by supporting their work, following them, and going to see them perform. I’m SO grateful to everyone who lent their time to this video and SO EXCITED I ACTUALLY DO NEED TO CALM DOWN."

The track will feature on the pop megastar's new album, ‘Lover’, which is due out on August 23 and will include her previous single ME! featuring Brendon Urie.

Alongside the video, Swift is urging people to sign her petition on Change.org for Senate support of the Equality Act.
