Stereolab have rescheduled their Manchester and Sheffield dates.
The electronic and avant-pop group, who re-released 1993’s ‘Transient Random Noise-Bursts With Announcements’ and 1994’s ‘Mars Audiac Quintet’ in May as part of plans to reissue their entire back catalogue, recently cancelled the shows due to a medical issue. They will now perform at Manchester’s Albert Hall on July 31 and at Sheffield’s Leadmill on August 1. Original tickets remain valid.
The band said on Twitter: “There are no plans to postpone any further dates on the current tour,” which sees them head to Newcastle, Leeds, Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin in June, and then over to North America in the autumn.
