Kanye West And Charlie Wilson Release Brothers Collaboration

Thursday, 04 July 2019 Written by Jon Stickler

Kanye West and Charlie Wilson have teamed up for a new song, Brothers.

A snippet of the track was previously released via a trailer for Irv Gotti's BET anthology series, Tales, which premiered its latest episode on US television last night, featuring another segment of the song.

It marks the latest collboration between the rapper and Gap Band member, following No Mistakes, which also included guest bars from Kid Cudi and featured on West's 2018 album 'ye'.

Tales writer Gotti posted the full version of Brothers with a caption via Instagram:

"There is a lot of speculation right now on who is Kanye West rapping about on the song brothers. So here is the song. That BET cut off because of there way of airing episodes. But it was always meant for the audience to hear the whole record. Listen. And decide for your self if you think Kanye is rapping about Jay Z or Virgil. Both Ye's Brothers. And also let me know if you liked the episode and song. We did it for yall. My hip hop culture. -IG"
