Rufus And Martha Wainwright Announce London And Dublin Christmas Shows

Rufus And Martha Wainwright will bring their Christmas show, A Not So Silent Night, to London and Dublin this year.
First performed in 2005, the festive celebration will head back to London for the first time in 10 years, taking over the Royal Festival Hall on December 6. It will also visit Dublin for the first time, with two dates lined up at the National Concert Hall. Dan Gillespie Sells, lead singer of the Feeling and composer of West End musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, is the show’s musical director.
The Wainwrights will be joined by yet to be announced special guests at the performances, which all have special experience ticket options available for purchase in addition to regular tickets. Experiences include joining the Wainwrights on stage, sitting in on sound check, observing rehearsals, and attending the after party.
Proceeds from the concerts will go towards the Kate McGarrigle Fund in collaboration with Stand Up 2 Cancer. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on July 26.
