Bedouin Soundclash have announced a new album.
After a ten year hiatus, the roots and afro-pop band will put out ‘Mass’ on October 4, which sees them developing their sound towards more of a New Orleans jazz direction.
The LP was co-produced by Bedouin Soundclash and DJ King Britt, and was recorded at Marigny Studios in New Orleans with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band and at Vancouver's St. James Church with the children of the St. James Music Academy.
The record’s first cut, Salt Water, will arrive on August 9.
Bedouin Soundclash will headline London’s Borderline on August 13, before supporting the Skints on tour in the UK later in the year.
