Young Thug Announces Release Of New Album 'So Much Fun'

Young Thug has announced the release of his first solo project since 2017.

Following months of teasing, the Atlanta rapper took to Instagram to confirm the August 16 release of 'So Much Fun', originally titled '#GØŁDMØÜFDÖG', as well as unveil the album's artwork, an aerial photograph of a field full of Young Thugs forming an image of his face.

The announcement follows the release of his recent comeback single The London featuring J. Cole and Travis Scott. He also appeared on a remix of Lil Nas X’s hit Old Town Road in July and guested on Post Malone's track Goodbyes.

Young Thug's most recent full-length solo project, 'Beautiful Thugger Girls', arrived back in 2017 boasting guest contributions from Future, Quavo, Snoop Dogg, Gunna, Jacquees, Lil Durk, and more. He also put out the 'Slime Language' compilation in 2018.

Additional details of his new project yet to be revealed.The rapper is busy preparing for his co-headline North American tour with Machine Gun Kelly. The trek starts on September 30 in Toronoto and currently continues through to November 18, when it finishes up at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. Support on select shows will come from Polo G, YBN Nahmir, Killy, and Strick.
