Happy Mondays Announce 'The Early EPs' Collection

Happy Mondays have announced 'The Early EPs' collection.

Set to arrive on October 25, the box set will bring together the band's first four EPs: 1985's 'Forty Five', 1986's 'Freaky Dancin/The Egg', 1987's 'Tart Tart' and 1987's '24 Hour Party People'.

These tracks have not previously been available digitally and have been remastered from the original two-inch tapes from the Factory/London Records archive.The artwork has also been reworked by original designers Central Station Design, while UK artist Pete Fowler is responsible for the new animated video for The Egg.

The collection's release coincides with the band's original line up heading out across the UK and Ireland for the Greatest Hits Tour, which kicks off in Aberdeen on October 24.
