Marilyn Manson Drops Video For God's Gonna Cut You Down Cover

Marilyn Manson has returned with a new single.
The God Of Fuck gives a creepy rendition of the traditional American folk song, God's Gonna Cut You Down, lending his signature menacing, throaty voice to acoustic guitar and pounding bass. The track has been previously recorded by the likes of Odetta, Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley, among others.
The single comes with an eerie, cinematic black and white video directed by Tim Mattia. It was filmed in the Joshua Tree Desert in California. Take a look below.
Manson returns to the road in the US next week. The singer will put out the track as a one-off vinyl and digital release alongside the autumn dates.
