Heartless is an alternative R&B track led by aggressive beats that propel the Candian singer's forthright lyrics. It's Abel Tesfaye's first new material under his own steam since the release of the 'My Dear Melancholy,' EP in 2018 and marks the beginning of a "brain melting psychotic chapter", according to a post on his social media.
The vocalist also recently previewed new track Blinding Lights in a Mercedes-Benz advertisement, which teased a full film he's made in collaboration with them that will be available to watch on YouTube on November 29.
With all the new material, it's hoped we'll soon hear news of a new album, the follow-up to 2016's 'Starboy'.
