My Chemical Romance Announce Summer UK Show - How To Buy Tickets

Monday, 20 January 2020 Written by Laura Johnson

My Chemical Romance have announced their UK return.

The recently reformed band, who split in 2013, will take over Stadium MK in Milton Keynes on June 20, marking their first time playing together on this side of the pond since 2011. Tickets go on general sale at 9.30am on January 24 and will be limited to six per person for standing and four per person for seating.

The news follows a Los Angeles reunion show on December 20, 2019 and announcements late last year that the New Jersey natives would be playing a headline show in New Zealand, and sets at Download Festival Australia and Download Festival Japan in March.

MCR put out their last studio album, 'Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys' in 2010, though following their break-up they released the greatest hits collection 'May Death Never Stop You' in 2014.

After their split, all members pursued different projects. Vocalist Gerard Way released his debut solo album, 'Hesitant Alien', in 2014 and developed The Umbrella Academy with Netflix.

Meanwhile, guitarist Frank Iero put out 'Stomachaches' in 2014 and has been extremely prolific since, bassist Mikey Way made music with Electric Century and guitarist Ray Toro released his debut solo LP, 'Remember the Laughter', in 2016.

My Chemical Romance Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows

Sat June 20 2020 - MILTON KEYNES Stadium MK
