My Chemical Romance have announced further UK, European and North American stadium shows in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their third album 'The Black Parade'.
The New Jersey rock band will kick off the UK and European leg of The Black Parade 2026 with a performance at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium on June 30, followed by a Summer Sessions show at Glasgow's Bellahouston Park on July 4. They'll then play three nights at London's Wembley Stadium, having added a third date on July 8, ahead of their two previously scheduled gigs on July 10 and 11.
Other stops on the European leg include Visarno Arena in Florence, Italy on July 15, and Iberdrola Music in Madrid, Spain on July 18.
The second North American leg of the tour will take place in the summer, beginning on August 9 at New York City's Citi Field and wrapping up with a five-night run at Los Angeles's iconic Hollywood Bowl. Support on select dates will come from Franz Ferdinand, Pierce The Veil, Modest Mouse, Iggy Pop, Sleater-Kinney, The Breeders, Babymetal, Jimmy Eat World, and The Mars Volta.
They'll also headline Welcome To Rockville in Daytona Beach, Florida on May 10, Sonic Temple in Columbus, Ohio on May 14, and Louder Than Life in Louisville, Kentucky on September 18.
Tickets for the new dates go on general sale at 12pm local time on Friday (September 26).
MCR will also perform in South America between January 22 and February 6, followed by two shows in Mexico City on February 13 and 14, and a run of dates in Southeast Asia from April 18 to May 3.
My Chemical Romance's most recent studio album, 'Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys', dropped in 2010. Since then, they've put a string of compilations, 'Conventional Weapons', 'May Death Never Stop You', and 'The Black Parade/Living with Ghosts', between 2012 and 2016. In 2022, they made a surprise return with the single The Foundations of Decay.
Most recently, in June, they released a deluxe edition of their 2004 sophomore album, 'Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge'.
Earlier this month, The Mock-Ups, the new project from MCR frontman Gerard Way and members of The Interrupters, shared their debut song, I Wanna Know Your Name. It's still unclear whether the track is a one-off release or the beginning of a full-time band.
