Up, Higher was originally meant for the band’s September album, ‘Metronomy Forever’, but did not make the final cut. It’s a slithering, synthy number with a bassline that bops.
“It’s such a jam,” vocalist and songwriter Joe Mount said in a statement. “It was a track we played live on our last US tour, so it’s nice to have it out there in the world now.”
The band will support their sixth release with tour dates across Europe and North America until April. All tickets are on sale now.
